Planwell Pro is billed through your Apple Account, not by us, so changing or cancelling it happens in Apple's subscription settings. Open Apple's subscription page, or on your iPhone go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the period you have already paid for runs out. Refunds are handled by Apple, and you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

If you subscribed and the app still shows the paywall, open it, pull up the plan screen and tap Restore Purchases. If that does not clear it, email us with the Apple Account you bought it on.

In the app, go to Profile and tap Delete account. It removes your account and everything in it, permanently, straight away. There is no recovery step, so export anything you want to keep first.

If you cannot get into the app to do it, email ai@sumletter.com from the address on the account and we will handle it.

Expenses can be exported from the Expenses screen as CSV, Excel, or PDF. For anything else, or a full copy of what we hold, email ai@sumletter.com. What we collect and why is set out in the privacy policy.

Email ai@sumletter.com with what happened, what you expected, and roughly when it happened. A screenshot or a screen recording is worth a lot. If the app crashed, tell us which screen you were on.

Planwell's assistant can read and write your data when you ask it to. It gets things wrong sometimes, so check anything that matters before relying on it. It is not medical, financial, or legal advice.

Nothing is sent on its own. The assistant only ever runs when you start it, by sending a message, using a quick-add bar, or tapping the microphone. There is no background or scheduled AI in this version, so if you do not use those, none of your data leaves the app. What gets sent when you do is set out in the privacy policy.
